The administrator of your personal data is Influe sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Poziomkowa 25, 08-110 Siedlce, Poland, NIP: 8212668824.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in a few different ways, always with the goal of providing and improving our Service.
Information You Provide Directly
- Purchase and Account Information: When you purchase a PROWIND license via our website (which runs on WooCommerce), we collect your name, email address, billing information, and company name (if provided).
- License Information: To activate and validate your license, we collect your license key and the URL of the website(s) where the plugin is activated.
- Support Communications: When you contact us for support, we collect your email address and any information you provide in your request, which may include website access credentials if you grant them for troubleshooting purposes.
Information Collected Automatically
- Plugin Usage Data: When you activate your license or check for updates, your WordPress site communicates with our servers. This communication sends your license key, site URL, and the current plugin version to verify your subscription status and provide updates. Your server's IP address may be recorded in our server logs as part of this standard process.
- Website Visit Data: When you visit prowind.pro, we may collect standard information using cookies and analytics tools, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited. This helps us understand how our site is used and improve user experience.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following specific purposes:
- To Process Transactions: To securely process your payments for the Service.
- To Provide the Service: To validate your license key, enable premium features, and deliver automatic plugin updates.
- To Provide Technical Support: To respond to your inquiries and assist with troubleshooting.
- To Communicate With You: To send you important information about your account, subscription renewals, security updates, and material changes to our terms or policies.
- For Analytics and Marketing: To analyze usage data to improve our website and services, and to run marketing campaigns to reach potential new customers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website, prowind.pro, uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze site performance, and for marketing purposes. This includes:
- Essential Cookies: Necessary for the website to function, for example, to keep items in your shopping cart via WooCommerce.
- Google Analytics: We use this service to understand how visitors engage with our website. It collects data such as your IP address, page views, and time on site. This helps us improve our content and user flow.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM): A tag management system we use to deploy and manage marketing tags and analytics scripts (like Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) on our website. GTM itself does not collect personal data.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel): This tool allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram by understanding the actions people take on our website. It helps us with ad targeting and conversion tracking.
5. Plugin-Specific Data Handling
AI Feature Data
PROWIND's AI features are designed with your privacy as a priority. When you use the AI code generator:
- You must provide your own API key from a third-party AI provider (e.g., OpenAI).
- Your API key is stored securely in your own WordPress database, on your own server.
- All AI prompts and generated content are sent directly from your server to the AI provider's API. This data is never transmitted to, processed by, or stored on PROWIND's servers. Your use of these features is subject to the privacy policy of your chosen AI provider.
User-Generated Content (Templates & Components)
All content you create using the PROWIND editor—including templates, components, custom code (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP), and assets—is stored exclusively on your own WordPress website's database and server. We do not have access to, nor do we collect, this content.
6. Information Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, such as:
- E-commerce Platform: Our store is powered by WooCommerce, which manages customer and order data on our website.
- Payment Processors: We use Stripe and PayPal to securely handle payments. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
- Analytics and Marketing Providers: As detailed above, we use services like Google and Meta for analytics and advertising purposes.
- Email Service Providers: To send transactional and important account-related emails.
We will only share information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other governmental request.
7. Data Security
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. This includes using SSL encryption for data transmission and partnering with secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
